It seems that mostly men are interested in crypto currencies or at least only men visit crypto conventions. According to an analysis by event software company Bizzabo, the amount of male attendants is at around 80%.
Bizzabo was studying the registration information of almost 100 crypto related events to get to the result. They also mentioned that more than 50% of visitors work in the financial sector that most event visitors were from the United States.
It appears though that the gender gap is closing in. British company Block Exchange released a survey that says the amount of women interested in investing into crypto currencies have doubled within a year.
